Ordering & Shipping Process
Processing Time: We require 1-2 business days to process your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your package.
Order modifications or cancellations are not possible once the order has been finalized.

- Shipping is carried out exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment by emailing info@nin8.de. Please send us photos of the damage so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
